Rochester Antique Show
An early-American setting provides an authentic backdrop for the fine quality early-American antiques and collectibles that you can discover at Rochester's Landmark Society's Antique Show, Friday and Saturday, July 24 and 25, at the StoneTolan House, 2370 East Avenue in Rochester.
At the Preview Reception, July 24 from 6-9 PM, Type A personalities who have to be the first to do something can browse and shop among the 34 dealers under tents, while enjoying light refreshments.
At Saturday's show, from 10 AM to 5 PM, there will be antiques from 60 dealers and a tour of the Stone-Tolan House— thought to be Monroe County's oldest surviving residence. Lunch and refreshments are available on the grounds.
Admission to the preview is $10 and includes admission to the Saturday show. Admission on Saturday is $2.50.
"Since last year's extremely successful first try, enthusiasm for the antique show has grown tremendously. We expect a bigger and livelier show this year, since we have increased the number of dealers by 10% over last year," said Ann Parks, Landmark Society director of museums.
Tickets for the preview reception can be purchased in advance or at the door. Tickets for the Saturday show are available at the door. For more information, call the Landmark Society at 716 546-7029.
