Miraculous Conversion
The 105-year-old Harvesters Full Gospel Tabernacle Church at 231 Richmond is being converted into condominiums.
The church will be divided up into 16 units ranging from 918 square feet to 1,426 square feet. A 22-car garage is being built under the building.
The cost of an apartment will range from $95,900 to $200,000.
The building is being renovated by developer Robert Priore who converted a church on Elmwood Avenue into the Elmwood Parish Common office building.
