Just about any public project needs municipal, county, state, and federal funding and permits. Each project, though, has key players. Convention Center (county and state), Inner Harbor (state and city), Richardson complex (city and state), and Cobblestone, Asbury-Delaware, Pierce Arrow, Millenial park proposals (city).

It is better to write (be brief) than to call, and be sure to leave a return address. The Coalition would appreciate a copy of anything you send.
